by far the best breathing app i tried
It's quite feature packed and useful, but one more thing kight be added: support for longer vibrations on Android Wear. Currently vibration is way too faint, and happens just once following inhalation or exhalation.
Thiis app really helped me learn the technique. once I learned how to breathe properly, it hrlped me calm down whenever i was tense.
stop asking for wellness survey repeatedly
Great app. You can set times to do the exercise, and or just to do it if you felt stressed.
Exactly what I wanted - a simple breathing pattern reminder for my watch! I wish the inhale buzz were stronger, as I often miss it but never the others which all seem to be the same strength, but it's portable calming and I'm glad I found it.
Pretty bare-bones. Lets you set 2 specific times during the day to be reminded to breathe, then guides yiu through the exercise. I like that you can follow the timing with just the vibrations fir guidance (it means I don't need to sit at my desk at work staring at my watch for a full minute). I also like that it can show my heartrate and asks me my stress level before and after. Good features to add 1. Random breathing reminders, or link to heartrate data (not sure how much this woukd drain battery) 2. (potentially just on the phone app): record/track your stress and heartrate data over time, and whether or not you did the breathing exercise.
Have problems with severe anxiety used this app in many situations where definitely needed help and this app would go off after setting reminders during certain parts of the day. Recommend this Application to anyone with anxiety issues :)
Great tool tp ise, comfortable & easy
this is right on target with someone who is easily tempered, high anxiety, or just need to relax more. it is user friendly and truly works.I am a Marine vet with 4 combat tours and it has helped or lower my anxiety in situations, helped me wined down before going to sleep, has combed me down when I come across situations in crowds
